Guest Yoga Instructor at CrossFit Ali’i

Heather Heintz, owner of Balancing Monkey in Hilo, will be holding an all-levels yoga class this Friday at CrosFit Ali’i.

Coach KC from CrossFit AllStar will be coaching February’s Saturday 9am WOD at CrossFit Ali’i. As a special treat KC will be ending the Saturday 9am workouts with an additional half hour of yoga!
KC is both a Level 1 CrossFit trainer and a 200 hour certified yoga instructor. She regularly uses yoga with CrossFit to increase mobility and improve alignment.

Remember, Saturday classes are not free classes and count as a session.

“Running Edurnace Seminar and Program”

Spend 4 hours with the us, studying, and applying the principles of CrossFit Endurance.

During the seminar attendees will learn how CrossFit Endurance works for endurance athletes and CrossFit athletes. Attendees will learn proper run mechanics. This will include video taping and drills.
Attendees will learn more about CrossFit Endurance training & programming, nutrition, recovery, injury prevention & care. Please wear clothing you can work out in, running shoes, and bring a wrist watch with a stop watch function.
The endurance community is largely overtraining and this is an indispensable tool at learning how to effectively train and stay healthy for your next race.

***If you wish to continue beyond just the seminar you can also train with us as we prepare for Hilo Marathon using CrossFit Endurance.
Starting January 31st through March 15th we will be hosting our new Running and Endurance Program. This 7 week program will include skills and drills, proper training, homework, running recovery, and race startegy.

Running and Endurance Classes will be held in Hilo on thursdays and in Kona on tuesdays at 6:30am at the box.

Cost:
Running Seminar only- $40 for all members.

Running Seminar and 7 week program( 7x 1 hour sessions)

-Gold members – $40 (includes seminar and free program)
-All other members-$140 ($40 for seminar/$100 for program)
